The company began as Strategic Tooling and Manufacturing, a sole proprietorship in 1997, during which time the now-ubiquitous Lemon and Lime Squeezer was designed, and aluminum die-cast tooling was provided.

Perideo LLC was originally formed in September, 2000.

Performing product design and engineering services, as well as Plastic Injection Molding production, and mold-making services.

In 2023, Perideo sold its injection molding factory, and is now committed to engineering support services, primarily in the MRO-supplier sector.

Past projects include several aerial fire retardant delivery systems for fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft including the McDonnel Douglas MD-87, Boeing CH-46 and CH-47 and Sikorsky S-55, numerous consumer product development projects, wind turbine design and development, medical devices and others.

You have our pledge: Your peers will not hear of anything we are doing with you, from us. And you will not hear of anything we are doing with your peers. We have decades of experience handling proprietary and ITAR-protected information. Our sense of propriety is deeply engrained in our culture. We don't talk about stuff outside of its context.

Your data is safe with us.

Our file servers lie behind hardened firewalls, outside the reach of internet attack. Once we have received data files, they are immediately moved into our internal network, thence invisible to the internet.

For extremely sensitive data transfers, we can set up secure tunneling as required. Just let us know, and we can arrange any specific secure transfer.

For most cases, traditional secure file upload will suffice.
